Sweet and Sour Vegan Shrimp

¼ cup oil and 4 tablespoons tomato sauce.  1 teaspoon vinegar, sugar, PremiumVegan Broth Base & Seasoning and water. Stir and taste the sweet and sour degree suited to your taste.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add vegan Shrimp, chopped tomatoes ,red pepper, pineapple and edamame and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add sweet and sour sauce into the skillet stir for 20 seconds and serve.
