- Thaw shrimp in the refrigerator overnight or blanch in boiling water for 20 seconds. If blanching make sure to drain excess water before adding it to the recipe.
- Cook pasta according to package directions, until al dente. Drain and set a side.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Let the butter melt, then sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the lemon juice, white wine, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes or until the shrimp are heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the parsley.
- Serve hot with the pasta and enjoy!
