I've never had real smoked salmon to compare this vegan version with but I do love the taste. I did try the recipe for bagel and lox and cream cheese. It was so delicious! I do wish it came in smaller amounts/packaging as I was unable to use it all. Maybe next time I'll divide it up and keep the unused portion frozen until I'm ready to eat it.

This simple, yet elegant dish brings together the rich, smoky taste of Beleaf Plant-Based Smoked Salmon with creamy, tangy vegan cream cheese and traditional bagel accompaniments. With each bite, you’ll experience a delightful combination of textures and flavors that mimic the classic lox-and-bagel experience – minus the fish.

Ingredients:

Yield: 2 Full Bagels

Beleaf Plant-Based Smoked Salmon
8–10 slices
fresh bagels (everything bagel or plain recommended 2
vegan cream cheese (try a herbed or chive variety for extra flavor) 1/4 cup
red onion, thinly sliced 1/4
tomato, thinly sliced (optional) 1 small
capers, drained 1 tbsp
Fresh dill sprigs for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving
a sprinkle of cracked black pepper and a pinch of smoked sea salt Optional

Step By Step

    1. Prepare the Bagels:
